Out with her girlfriend one night, Olivia heads back to the office to pick up a few things. Her boyfriend, tipsy after having a few, attacks her and begins to rape her. The building owner comes to her rescue and Simon is hauled off to jail. Alexander, the building owner named one of the country’s most eligible bachelors by Esquire Magazine is now standing in front of Olivia. How she had not met him before since they both have offices in the same building is amazing? They both feel an instant attraction towards each other. They end up running into each other accidently many times after that and Olivia is totally into him. Olivia has a no commitment rule when dating but with Alexander, she might have to bend the rule. Alexander feels he knows Olivia from his past as there are many coincidences that are the same after talking to her, that remind him of a girl named Olivia that he grew up with. His childhood friend Olivia supposedly died but how can what the girl in front him says be exactly the same as his childhood friend? Having father’s that worked in the CIA might have something to do with that and with Alexander owning a security company; Alexander starts to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Olivia has dreams of a green-eyed boy and as her relationship with Alexander deepens, her dreams becomes more vivid and detailed. Olivia is ready to bend her rule and have a relationship with Alexander but he would rather take it slow. Slow for Alexander does not mean a drawn-out relationship but rather a passionate and sensual one. When their relationship takes off, they cannot get enough of each other. Oh, life is good while lips are closed. Alexander is afraid of revealing what he has discovered and for Olivia, history repeats itself again. I’m ready for book 2!!
The mystery around the Olivia’s had me going. Keira was a strange friend, she listens to Olivia and provides her advice but she leaves her when they go out together. I just would not do that if I went out with my friend. It’s not like they go out all the time so when she does go out, she just leaves her when Keira finds someone, just weird for me. Olivia was able to be pampered a bit by Alexander and I think she enjoyed it to a point and then she got nervous. They spent a lot of time enjoying each other physically which surprised me since they both are not used to relationships. The Mr. and Mrs. titles that they called each other were different and considering the characters, it was a great addition. I can’t wait to read the second book.
For Adults only as there is sexual situations and language.
