I liked the mystery behind how she ended up in the water and you do not find the answer to this question until the end of the book. Great romance and science fiction woven together make this a great read. I’m not a big science fiction kind of person, so I slowed down my pace of reading when they explained that part of the story so I could fully understand the logic behind it and it was rather creative. Cody felt protective of her which added to the drama, as Zen was trying to help her understand what was truly happening to her, I liked that added feature. I only picked up this book because I liked the cover and I am glad I did.
