A sweet short story about a dog that would touch most everyone hearts but I just thought there was not much substance in this story. It seemed like it just skimmed acrossed the surface of the plot, the characters and the emotions and then they closed the book. This would make a great Christmas story or Hallmark story. It was free so I can't complain much but if someone could expand upon this concept and dig deeper, there is a whole another world in this book and a five star book. I really wanted more....
